Dating a goth

So, you like a goth.
Big, frickin deal.
Not.
He/she is a normal person, it's not abnormal to have a crush on someone who labels goth, but what if you're not familiar with the "goth" lifestyle?
What do you do?
First off, don't ask rude questions. Do your own research, rather than being a snob and digging into prohibited territory.
Do NOT pretend to like the same things as them, it's a major turn off and plus, generally just irritating.

This weeks theme is gothic: Everything goth! Submit fan art/ stories on out contests page!

What is goth? Well the definition is as follows:

NOUN

1. a member of a Germanic people that invaded the Roman Empire from the east between the 3rd and 5th centuries. The eastern division, the Ostrogoths, founded a kingdom in Italy, while the Visigoths went on to found one in Spain.
2. a style of rock music derived from punk, typically with apocalyptic or mystical lyrics.

Hello and welcome to Teen Hangout! 
This site is advised for those who are 11+, but it's ok, we won't tell if you're younger. 
Each week there will be a new theme, and currently the blog is undergoing major construction, so apologies for the inconvenience.  The site is new, so if there's any bugs please contact me on the appropriate page :) thank you for reading!
